Sikh Wedding Ceremony Photographer | Conrad Bali
Shooting Sikh weddings is always a treat for us, I was covering it week in week out during wedding season in the UK, but doing it in Bali? It was even better. Jasmeet & Upasna’s Sikh wedding at Conrad Bali was a tradition mixed with energy, a unique experience found only in a destination wedding. As photographers and videographers who specialise in Indian weddings, we love covering Sikh ceremonies, especially when they take place in a setting as stunning as Conrad’s Water Garden. This location is one-of-a-kind: a floating-style mandap surrounded by water, palm trees swaying in the breeze, and soft natural light bouncing off every surface. Perfect for the lens!
We had such a fun time with Jasmeet & Upasna, who came all the way from Singapore with their nearest and dearest to celebrate in Bali. They were both a little camera-shy to start with (which is totally normal!), so we worked around their comfort zone. No pressure. We kept the couple portraits short, focusing on moments when they were relaxed and enjoying themselves. Conrad Bali makes it easy with its many picturesque corners, quiet garden paths, and beachfront views, allowing us to keep things light while still capturing those stunning shots.
A huge shoutout to Henna Bali Wedding, who planned the celebration with such calm and care. They kept everything running smoothly while still allowing the couple space to enjoy their day. The decor by CITTA Wedding turned the space into a serene and elegant setup—simple, but with beautiful detailing that really stood out against the tropical backdrop. And what’s a Sikh wedding without amazing food? Queens Catering ID absolutely nailed the flavours, as always.
We also had the beats and traditional vibes from Bali Dhol Wedding, bringing in Dhol, Tabla and Sitar. Twin Brother handled the sound and lighting, giving the evening events the right mood, while Asish kept the entertainment flowing. One of our favourite surprises? A live wedding painter! Britney Myisha was there, painting the ceremony in real time, such a unique touch that guests loved. Oh, and Rishi Budhrani as MC brought just the right amount of humour and warmth to keep everyone smiling.
This wedding had everything we love—great people, good energy, meaningful traditions. Jasmeet & Upasna, thank you for trusting us to tell your story. We’re so glad we got to be a part of it!
